Blue Dog Cranes are proud to be able to talk so openly about our mission and ethos. We strive to always be transparent and honest with our customers and partners.
Safety is a part of a much bigger conversation but ultimately we want our job sites to be safe, and we want our customers and our staff to be safe. Blue Dog Cranes are extremely well maintained. We exceed the manufacturer guidelines on service intervals and we comply with all relevant government initiatives. When we do have an incident we talk about it as a team in a toolbox meeting. Rather than put it under the rug, we want everyone in the team to learn from the incident, not just the people involved.
Our staff are our warriors but make no mistake Ben leads from the trenches. In the past, Ben has aired his frustrations about getting little job detail before he gets out onsite which leaves you wide open for problems. We want our guys to be as prepared as possible so they can just concentrate on the lift when they get out to the site. We aim to alleviate stress from our staff and our customers by speaking to all of our staff the night before. Sometimes even our staff get out there and say “that wasn’t as bad as we thought”.
Perhaps the most intertwined through our whole business ethos is Bilateral Success. I’ll keep it pretty simple. If our customers do well, then we do well. If you are loyal to us, then we will be loyal to you. If you need a chop out on site, we will be there to help you out. The best business deal is when all involved feel like they have won.
